SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: (Per the Manufacturers Website)

CALIFORNIA

Our torch systems cannot be shipped to California unless you hold a permit (Health and Saf. Code § 12755). However, a California compliant model (LRT only) for those without a permit is available, equipped with a short-range nozzle.

HAWAII

We cannot ship lithium batteries to Hawaii at this time, aside from the one pre-installed in the product, plus one spare battery in the same box as the product. Orders containing more than one spare battery will be edited and partially refunded to remain within the constraints of shipping regulations.

MARYLAND

We do not ship any torch systems to Maryland. CR § 4-501 specifically lists flamethrowers as part of the state’s prohibited destructive devices, and unfortunately that term is not defined at this time within their code, but we feel they probably consider our products to fall within that word.

MICHIGAN

Our torch systems cannot be shipped to addresses within the city of Warren due to a local ordinance.
